Win Global Markets in Process to Obtain Binary Options License

Win Global Markets (OTCBB: WGMI), a leading provider of online trading of binary options, announced today that on May 17, 2012, its wholly owned subsidiary, WGM Services Ltd., a Cyprus company, has notified the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) of its intention to submit an application to obtain a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) license.

WGM Services Ltd. notification to CySEC complies with the May 4, 2012 announcement by CySEC that following a review by the European Commission on how binary options are classified and regulated in other EU member-states and based on the EU Acquis, CySEC has concluded that binary options should be included in the list of financial instruments that fall within the remit of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Market Law of 2007-2009.

WGMI also announced the appointment of Mr. Gustavo Perrotta to serve as a member of WGMI's Board of Directors. Mr. Perrotta is part of a group of investors represented by Hamilton Ventures LLP, which has invested $1.25M in WGMI in February 2012.
