William Miller to Join Brunswick Group as a Partner

WASHINGTON, Sept. 29, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Brunswick Group LLC, a leading corporate communications consultancy, announced today that William C. Miller Jr. will join as a Partner in the firm's Washington, D.C. office, starting October 24.

Mr. Miller joins Brunswick from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where he has been for the past 12 years. In his roles as Senior Vice President for Political Affairs & Federal Relations and the National Political Director for the Chamber, he served as a top advisor to the CEO and was responsible for the strategic development and direction of the Chamber's political, grassroots and election-related activities, as well as its legislative, advocacy and lobbying operations.

Mr. Miller also served as a top political spokesman for the Chamber, appearing on CNN's Inside Politics, CNBC, Bloomberg, ABC World News and PBS. Additionally, he has been featured in such publications as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and Fortune.
