Wescorp Energy Commences Search for New Chief Executive Officer
CALGARY, Dec. 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ - Wescorp Energy Inc. (Wescorp) (OTCBB: WSCE), a clean water technology company focused on implementing cost-effective solutions in several markets, including the oil and gas and marine industries, announced today that following the resignation of Doug Biles as Wescorp Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the company has commenced a search for candidates for the vacant CEO position. Criteria for executive team leadership include demonstrated ability to lead technology development companies to commercial success.
Wescorp is appreciative of Mr. Biles' contributions over the past eight years. Mr. Biles remains bound to his fiduciary duties arising as a result of his executive role, and is restricted by a confidentiality and non-compete covenant. Any technical contributions made by Mr. Biles during his tenure with Wescorp remain Wescorp's property.
