Weld North Education's Imagine Learning Appoints Jeremy Cowdrey and Bryan Sparks Co-Presidents Upon Retirement of President and CEO Joe Swenson
NEW YORK, July 26, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Weld North Education (WNE), a leading digital education technology company focused on developing digital curriculum and tools for grades pre-K–12, today announced that its Imagine Learning business appointed Jeremy Cowdrey, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Bryan Sparks, Chief Technology Officer, as Co-Presidents upon the retirement of Joe Swenson, President and CEO of the company. Mr. Swenson is departing Imagine Learning after seven years to take on an international volunteer leadership role with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Sparks, who operated as Chief Technology Officer for Imagine Learning for the past four years, has founded and run several global software companies. Cowdrey brings twenty years of experience in educational technology management and sales, most recently serving as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Imagine Learning. Cowdrey's knowledge of the EdTech arena joined with Sparks' wealth of technical acumen makes for a perfect combination to move the EdTech company forward.
