WeiserMazars LLP Promotes Three Senior Managers to Partner in New York City and Lake Success, N.Y. Offices

NEW YORK, Nov. 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- WeiserMazars LLP, a leading accounting and financial advisory services firm, today announced the appointment of three senior managers to partner at the firm's New York City and Lake Success, N.Y. offices. The promotions of Seth Cohen, Guillaume Wadoux and Roberto Viceconte have been made in recognition of their contributions in the areas of tax practice and procedure, insurance and reinsurance, and private clients services, respectively.

Mr. Cohen will continue to be based in the firm's New York City office. He has extensive knowledge in IRS, state, and local tax law and policy. As a tax controversy specialist, Mr. Cohen has been involved with tax litigation, examination and appeals, and has helped to craft voluntary disclosure agreements. He received his B.S. at Hunter College and his J.D. at Boston University School of Law.

Mr. Wadoux, also based in New York City, will continue his work in the firm's insurance and reinsurance practice. He has managed the audits of international reinsurance groups for several years and has been involved in managing complex projects such as business transfers, initial public offerings, securitizations, and SOX 404 risk assessments. He's also an active member in the Society of Insurance Financial Management and New York State CPAs.

Mr. Viceconte will continue working in the private client services group in the firm's Lake Success, N.Y. office, with a focus on estate and financial planning, compliance, and wealth protection. Mr. Viceconte is an attorney, Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner.
