HIGHLIGHTS
- First-time publication of the account statements in accordance with international accounting practices – IFRS, integrally adapted to all the pronouncements issued by the Brazilian Accounting Pronouncements Committee - CPC applicable to the Company's operations;
- Energisation of 82 projects representing growth in revenue of R$ 28.7 million in 2010;
- In 2010, CTEEP reached its best level of unsupplied energy (ENES) reporting the lowest ENES indicator among all energy transmission companies in Brazil.
- Gross operating revenue increased 3.9% to R$ 2,551,542 thousand in 2010 against R$ 2,455,811 thousand in 2009;
- Pay-out in 2010 to shareholders in the form of dividends and interest on shareholders equity in the amount of R$ 766.8 million, corresponding to R$ 5.07 per share;
- Exercise of preemptive rights in IEMG: CTEEP's Board of Directors approved the exercising of preemptive rights for the purchase of 40% of the shares in the capital stock of the subsidiary at its meeting of September 6 2010.
