Washington Prime Group Announces Dividend
BETHESDA, Md., Dec. 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Washington Prime Group (NYSE:WPG) announced today that its board of directors declared a "stub" dividend of $0.14 per common share as well as a distribution of $0.14 per operating partnership unit for the period from November 26, 2014 through January 14, 2015 contingent on the closing of its merger with Glimcher Realty Trust (NYSE:GRT) ("Glimcher"), which is anticipated to occur on January 15, 2015. The dividend represents the first quarter 2015 regular quarterly dividend prorated for the dividend period prior to the merger with Glimcher. Both amounts are payable on January 22, 2015 to shareholders and unitholders of record on January 14, 2015.
