Vorys Law Firm Expands with New 10-Year Lease at Tower's 1909 K/the Millennium Building
ROCKVILLE, Md., July 20 /PRNewswire/ -- The Tower Companies announced today that the law firm of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease has signed a 10-year, 7,112 SF lease expanding onto the 8th floor of The Millennium Building, located at 1909 K Street, where Vorys currently occupies the entire 9th floor. The Millennium Building is the first multi-tenant commercial office building in DC to achieve USGBC LEED® Certification under the LEED for Existing Buildings rating system.
