Vonage and Amdocs Ink Five-Year Managed Services Agreement for the Delivery of a Full BSS Solution
Leading provider of voice and messaging services over broadband will deploy Amdocs to expand billing and ordering operations
BUDAPEST, Hungary, June 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), the leading provider of customer experience systems, today announced that it will deliver business support systems (BSS) under a five-year, managed services agreement to support the U.S., Canadian and United Kingdom operations of Vonage (NYSE: VG). Vonage is a leading provider of high-quality, voice and messaging services over broadband networks. The announcement was made at Amdocs' 2010 Global InTouch Business Forum, Amdocs' annual customer and partner event taking place this week.

The Amdocs BSS solution enables companies to launch new products more quickly, bundle products and promotions, increase sales and offer better customer service, while improving operational efficiencies and reducing costs.
