MENLO PARK, Calif., Dec. 4, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Voicera today announced the addition of two senior executives to lead the company's Customer Success and Business Operations teams, respectively. Alyson J. Pace, most recently of Cisco Corporation, joins to lead the company's new Customer Success team and Molly Venkataramana joins from Oracle Corporation to lead Business Operations.
Voicera launched their Enterprise Voice Assistant (EVA) earlier this year and has seen tremendous user growth in just the last 7 months. Most recently, Alyson led portfolio development efforts for Cisco Investments' collaborative and IoT offerings. In this role, she helped integrate innovative solutions into the Cisco experiences. Prior to Cisco Investments, Alyson led a variety of Customer Success, Customer Experience, and go-to-market functions for Cisco and Webex.
Molly Venkataramana joins Voicera as Head of Business Operations following a 17-year tenure with Oracle Corporation. Molly most recently led business operations for the Oracle Data Cloud, integrating five different corporate acquisitions that created the division. She also led Oracle's global cloud deal management, finance operations, and procurement services.
