The five components of the Vistage Connect platform are: Peer Advisory Sessions, Executive Coaching, My Network, My Resource Center, and Goals.  Peer Advisory Sessions enable executives to meet virtually to engage in topic or industry specific issue processing led by professional facilitators (Vistage Chairs).  At their convenience, Vistage Connect members can also elect to have Executive Coaching sessions with a Vistage Chair to help them define and stay on track toward their goals. My Network makes it possible for executives to select their own team of peer advisors from a range of industries, to whom they can reach out on specific issues. My Resource Center is a collection of more than 500 topical and relevant articles, blog posts, and videos.  Using a personalized dashboard, members can also post and monitor specific, measurable, attainable, and time specific goals, along with commitments they will make to achieve those Goals.
