IRVINE, Calif., Jan. 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Column Five Media and Visage today announced that Bill Dube has taken a new role as SVP, Business Development in a position that spans the two companies, which have common founders. Dube will report directly to Visage CEO and Column Five Co-Founder Jason Lankow.
In his new role, Dube will serve as a key Business Development leader working to leverage Column Five's industry leadership and reputation to introduce the impending launch of Visage 3.0 to brand marketers. The new release of Visage, slated for early 2016, promises to empower marketing teams to solve the biggest problem cited each year by Content Marketing Institute's study: the struggle to create enough engaging content.
"Bill has solid experience in building world-class sales teams, and I'm excited to have him joining our team as we accelerate our growth," Lankow says. "The challenges facing content marketers require a thoughtful mix of solutions including strategic guidance, services, and technology to support the effort to create original, engaging content. Bill has demonstrated an ability to build teams that make thoughtful, effective recommendations to brands in the sales process."
"I am excited to join Column Five and Visage Software and look forward to working with the deep and diverse talent throughout both organizations," Dube says. "Column Five continues to bring a tremendous value to its customers through powerful visual storytelling, and Visage is in a very unique position with the launch of Visage 3.0 to allow brand marketers to address a major issue around creating relevant and engaging content."
Dube brings more than 18 years of sales and marketing experience to his new role and has a strong background in strategic market development, sales leadership, and business development. Prior to joining Column Five and Visage, Dube served as Regional Vice President of Sales at PR Newswire, where he oversaw Sales and Business Development in the western United States.
