Video game developer Boss Fight Entertainment announces new corporate office in Allen, Texas

Commercial real estate consulting and brokerage service provider IC3 negotiated the lease on behalf of Boss Fight. The firm has been developing and implementing real estate strategies and solutions for the principals of Boss Fight since 2009.

JLL Senior Vice Presidents Chris Doggett and Blake Shipley and Executive Vice President Daryl Mullin, negotiated the 13,500-square-foot office lease on behalf of Kaizen Development Partners. Doggett, Shipley and Mullin are leading the leasing and marketing efforts for One Bethany East, which will deliver this February.

In addition to One Bethany East, One Bethany at Watters Creek will include high-tech firm NETSCOUT's new regional research and development office, which broke ground in August, and the recently announced Delta by Marriott Hotel and Convention Center.
