SEATTLE, Feb. 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, has hired Jonathan Kingsley and Stephen Rutchik, both veterans of the industry and long-time business partners, to join its team in South Florida as Executive Vice Presidents. Rutchik will work out of the Miami office, and Kingsley will work out of Fort Lauderdale and Miami.
"In their decades of work throughout South Florida, Jonathan and Stephen have developed an incredible reputation, and though they certainly have successes all their own, they come as a packaged deal, a dynamic duo that proves how invaluable collaboration can be," said Craig Robinson, Colliers International President | USA. "We are thrilled to welcome them both to our energetic and experienced team of professionals accelerating success for our clients in the South Florida market."
Kingsley previously served as a senior vice president at JLL, where he and Rutchik were responsible for the leasing of approximately 2.1 million square feet of Class A office space for clients including TIAA-CREF, CIII Capital, RECP, Stockbridge Capital Group, Brookwood Financial Partners, Sunbeam Development and others. "Joining forces with Colliers International gives us the opportunity to position clients for deeper, more meaningful levels of service in an environment that's refreshingly entrepreneurial and flexible," said Kingsley. "This is a culture where we can flourish and achieve unprecedented success on our clients' behalf. We are privileged to be reunited with former colleagues with whom we previously shared significant achievement in our industry on behalf of our clients."
