CHICAGO, June 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Chicagoans proved yesterday that Vegas Season can be celebrated rain or shine as they were treated to a VIP experience in Wrigleyville. After braving the weather and a rained-out Chicago Cubs game with Vegas Season spirit, 50 lucky fans were treated to an intimate performance by Brandon Flowers inside the Audi Club at Wrigley Field. Chef and Managing Partner Shawn McClain served delicious bites featured on the menu of his Las Vegas restaurant Sage at ARIA Resort & Casino. Also served from the gold-plated Vegas Season Ice Dream Truck was specially crafted alcohol-infused ice cream.
Fans enjoyed an incredible private, VIP performance featuring songs from his acclaimed catalogue - "Read My Mind" and "Lonely Town" - and a cover of the iconic hit "Viva Las Vegas." Born and raised in Las Vegas, Flowers is the lead singer and songwriter for GRAMMY-nominated and Las Vegas-based group The Killers.
