Underlying its announcement is the agency's determination that the existing portfolio of services needs further vertical support in order to provide the specialized focus each requires to best pursue its growth initiatives. Accordingly, the following individuals have been named to new positions, effective immediately:
Meghan R. Welborn will be taking over the role of Senior Director of Marketing with a clear focus of marketing campaigns and continued brand growth across multiple platforms. Meghan will be developing an even stronger marketing presence, with continued support and input from all departments across the agency.
Claire Kinzler will be stepping into the role of Director of Sales with a focus on Client retention, expansion, diversification and overall revenue growth. Keying off the strategies developed over the past few years, she will continue to explore partnerships and relationships with existing clients, and develop opportunities for an expanded client base.
Kim Gallagher, Sales Intern for the summer 2014, has accepted a full-time position as Sales Coordinator with responsibility to support the entire sales team's efforts. She will be integral to the success of the sales goals, specifically by assisting with and maintaining client relations.
Jennifer Crawford Ashburn will be re-joining the sales team on September 15th. Jennifer is a previous employee of VDA having worked as a Sales Account Executive.
