LOS ANGELES, Aug. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Variety is pleased to announce its Sports Entertainment Summit, in association with SVG, which will feature keynote conversations with Randy Freer, Fox Sports Media Group Co-President and COO, and Luc Robitaille, Hockey Hall of Famer and Los Angeles Kings' President of Business Operations on Aug. 15 at the Four Seasons at Los Angeles in Beverly Hills.
Freer will be speaking in a keynote conversation on the eve of the launch of Fox Sports 1 – the new national sports network dedicated to live event coverage and sports and entertainment programming. He is responsible for a broad range of business operations and media rights acquisitions involving all aspects of Fox Sports.
Robitaille, Hockey Hall of Famer and President of Business Operations/Alternate Governor, Los Angeles Kings, is the highest scoring left wing in NHL history and the all-time Kings leader in goals scored. Named the Kings' President of Business Operations in 2007, Robitaille has made a tremendous impact on the club across sponsorship, fan relations, game entertainment and more.
