NEW YORK, Jan. 29, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- USA TODAY Sports and its fast-growing property For The Win will give fans the opportunity to "share" in the best that New York City and the Super Bowl have to offer when they host the first night of Super Bowl week events taking place at midtown's 50 Yard Lounge (50YL) tonight (Wednesday, January 29) from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m.
The event will feature food offerings from some of the top chefs in New York City, including Iron Chef Marc Forgione and famed meat purveyor Pat LaFrieda, as well as appearances by past and present stars from the NFL and other sports. Guests will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of unique and interactive experiences connected to the Super Bowl and For The Win in what promises to be an unforgettable evening.
Athletes and celebrities currently scheduled to appear at Wednesday's For The Win event include, among many others, NFL Hall of Famers Bruce Smith and Cris Carter; current NFL stars Cam Newton and Justin Tuck; sports media personalities Dan Patrick and Trey Wingo; and popular television personalities Caroline Manzo, and Chris and Albie Manzo ("Real Housewives of New Jersey").
