USA TODAY Launches Update to Popular iPad Application
Award-winning App adds Technology and Travel sections
MCLEAN, Va., Jan. 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- USA TODAY has released an updated version of its successful iPad Application. The new version includes USA TODAY's popular Technology and Travel sections.

Among the Technology section coverage is a new USA TODAY feature called App Insider which provides review capsules of the latest and most popular iPad applications to hit the App Store. Another new video feature called Tech Watch aggregates the latest video coverage of the tech industry, including the popular USA TODAY Talking Tech blog.
New Travel section content includes USA TODAY's award-winning travel blogs, a dynamic airport delays map and Week in Travel high resolution photo galleries.
The USA TODAY App for iPad has received numerous honors the last few months including: Best Mobile App for Editorial Content in the 2010 MOBI Awards; Best Free Newspaper iPad edition in the Ad Age Media Vanguard Awards; and the Best Mobile Application for Utility or Business in the Mobile Excellence Awards.
