US Drug Watchdog Now Urges All DePuy Pinnacle Hip Implant Recipients To Get Tested For A Premature Failure Because Without Such Evidence There Will Be No Compensation
The US Drug Watchdog says, "According to court records there About 140,000 US citizens who are recipients of the DePuy Pinnacle all metal hip implant, and we are extremely concerned that most of these people, or other all metal hip implant recipients aren't aware, or concerned about the possibility of a premature failure, or the fact they will never be compensated without proof of a failure. While the US FDA appears to be taking a nonchalant attitude towards all metal hip implants we are not, because we are not just concerned about someone being crippled by one of these devices, we are also extremely worried about a type of blood poisoning called metallosis." http://USDrugWatchdog.com
WASHINGTON, April 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The US Drug Watchdog says, "We have been helping victims of a premature failure involving all metal hip implants for over four years now, and we could not be more concerned for these people. Court records indicate there are approximately 500,000 US citizens who are recipients of a all metal hip implant. Of this group about 140,000 US citizens are recipients of the DePuy Pinnacle metal on metal hip implant. What has us mortified is because of some recent rulings most recipients are not aware that the time to get compensated will come, and go, and most recipients of a Depuy Pinnacle all metal hip implant will never get compensated for a premature failure, because they waited too long, and we are doing everything possible to change this possibility." For more information recipients of a DePuy Pinnacle, or any type of all metal hip implant are encouraged to contact the US Drug Watchdog anytime at 866-714-6466. http://USDrugWatchdog.Com

So why is the US Drug Watchdog so focused on all recipients of a DePuy Pinnacle, or any type of all metal hip implant getting a test to see if their all metal hip implant has failed?
According to the BBC on February 28th 2012, "The government's health regulator has advised that patients who have undergone large head metal-on-metal hip replacements should be monitored annually for life. The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) said around 49,000 UK patients with large-head hip implants out of 65,000 with all-metal hips were in a high-risk category. The regulator said that they should have blood tests to check for metal ions, and magnetic resonance imaging scans (MRI) if they have raised metal levels or show adverse symptoms.:http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-17192520.
