UC Hub Group Forms Three Operating Subsidiaries

SAN DIEGO, Jan. 19, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- UC Hub Group (Pink Sheets: UCHB) announced today that the company has formed three operating subsidiaries to better position the company's assets and bolster its corporate structure.  The operating subsidiaries are as follows:

• Missouri River Holding Group, LLC which will house UC Hub Group's Montana based mining assets which include gemstones and gold.
• Dharti Oil, LLC will house the company's oil well leases and equipment in Illinois.
• Warever, LLC will house the company's software development solutions.
