Traver Connect™ Announces New Sales & Retention Solution for Dealerships
Traver Connect™ launches Mining4Need™ Solution integrated with its Service BDC Solution.
"Almost half of the service drive customers are eligible to trade-up with no money down. It's a matter of how to make the exchange."
RICHARDSON, Texas, Feb. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Traver Connect™ has successfully completed beta testing of its newest sales and retention solution, Mining4Need™. The Mining4Need™ solution is a turnkey service for dealerships that analyzes relevant trade information of every service appointment prior to its arrival at the dealership. If there is sufficient reason to present a vehicle exchange, Traver Connect™ manages the contact and presentation process for the dealership. It's the ideal solution for dealerships that want additional showroom sales and need help executing the equity mining process consistently.
"Everyone knows how important it is to win their own customers back. This solution is part of our strategic path for retention," says John Traver, the company's CEO. "Almost half of the daily service drive customers are eligible to trade-up with no money down. It's a matter of how to present the opportunity to exchange vehicles with the customer."
What makes the Mining4Need™ solution different from anything on the market is the low cost and ease of entry. "Mining4Need™ requires no software and no assistance from dealership personnel prior to these appointments arriving at the dealership," noted Traver. "The idea here is to research the information, contact the customer prior to arrival and schedule appointments for the dealership. It's an extension of business development activity in a scaled environment. It's inexpensive, simple to launch, requires little from the dealership and provides a huge return."
Because the solution is automatically integrated with the Traver Connect™ Service Concierge™ appointment scheduling system, every service appointment is managed in real time with the Mining4Need™ solution. Traver Connect™ already manages inbound service appointment calls at its 200+ seat reservation center in the telecom corridor of Dallas, Texas.
"We were well aware of the opportunity to sell cars from the service drive and had a plan to get our client dealership there. Our customers love the results of this integrated solution and I suspect it will be one of the most profitable and dependable sources of new business dealerships will have," said Traver.
Traver Connect™ is the newest company led by John Traver, who pioneered the original Automotive Sales BDC in 1991 and was among the first to venture into automotive CRM software, eventually selling his software and training firm, Traver Technologies, to ADP in 2000. After 10 years at ADP where he oversaw three automotive consulting businesses, Traver left ADP and started the new company in 2011.
