Growing to $8 billion in spend over the past three years, airline ancillary service fees are one of the major issues facing the travel industry today. To provide guidance to travel and expense managers and help formulate a path to resolve the underlying industry issues, TRX commissioned PhoCusWright to examine the value and viability of the approaches for tracking ancillary services. The resulting white paper will be made available on the TRX website on December 8, 2010. During the webinar, PhoCusWright and TRX experts will share the results and key learnings from the 8-week research project including feedback from dozens of travel managers and industry insiders.
The webinar on airline ancillary fees is the first in a series hosted by TRX, highlighting key issues in the travel, procurement, and data management space.
