Transwestern Continues Northeast Expansion With Addition Of Construction Management Veteran
Alan Zambarano Joins Transwestern as a Senior Project Manager
PARSIPPANY, N.J., Feb. 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Transwestern today announced well-regarded industry professional Alan Zambarano has joined the firm as a senior project manager. Zambarano will work closely with Vice President of Construction Management Joe Polise in overseeing Transwestern's construction management assignments throughout the Northeast region.
"The rapid expansion in the Tri-State area and the Northeast as a whole meant we had to find additional talent to help us implement our strategic vision," said James Postell, principal in Transwestern's New Jersey office. "With his results-driven management style and strong ability to coordinate client details, Alan will be a great asset with assisting our continued expansion and improving overall client satisfaction."
Zambarano will assist clients in the construction process, from planning to implementation and closeout. His responsibilities will include schedule and budget development and management, as well as providing on-site supervision of projects.
"Alan has a track record of completing 100 percent of his projects on time and on budget," said Polise. "Alan was my right-hand man for several years at another firm, and I look forward to working with him again on some very exciting upcoming projects."
Zambarano's career in real estate and project management spans more than two decades. A graduate from Roger Williams University School of Architecture in 1991, Zambarano joins Transwestern from Avison Young where he was a senior project manager for the past six years. Over the past 10 years he has focused his career on managing tenant interior renovations and new construction projects. He has extensive experience implementing both tenant improvement projects and capital improvement projects.
"I'm excited to join such a highly accomplished and rapidly growing team at Transwestern," said Zambarano. "I look forward to the many opportunities and possibilities ahead as Transwestern moves forward with various construction projects in the Northeast."
This strategic expansion of Transwestern's integrated platform is a continuation of the company's 2011 creation of a Tri-State presence with offices in Parsippany, N.J., New York City and Greenwich, Conn., and Boston. Transwestern manages more than 1,300 properties, representing 271 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space.
