TRAFFIQ Welcomes Digital Ad Industry and Google Veteran Matt Miga to Product Development Team
NEW YORK, May 31, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- TRAFFIQ®, the digital media workflow platform, today announced that online marketing and digital advertising product development expert Matt Miga has joined the TRAFFIQ Product Development team as Director of Product Support. In his new role, Miga will be responsible for building out TRAFFIQ's Tier 2 support team and defining strategic ad operations solutions and support needs for TRAFFIQ's growing portfolio of digital advertising solutions for publishers and agencies.
Miga comes to TRAFFIQ from Google, where he was a senior product specialist, driving consumer-focused product development for new display ad products. He also held a leadership role in ad operations, where he helped to launch the Google Display Network ad operations team and roll out new internal tools to streamline operations, generate efficiencies and scale display business.

Prior to his work at Google, Miga handled the digital portfolios of six Fortune 500 companies at Beyond Interactive. A digital media pioneer from an early age, Miga co-founded a successful MP3 metasearch website in high school, which he later sold to CMGI, Inc. In addition to his digital industry experience, Miga earned a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning from New York University.
As Director of Product Support, Miga reports to Vice President of Product Management Bridget Bidlack and is responsible for ensuring the delivery of world-class customer service and technical assistance to TRAFFIQ's ad agency clients and partner publishers.
In addition to leading the company's team of highly skilled technical support engineers and serving as a liaison between business and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, Miga will serve as a key contributor for developing product requirements for new partner integrations. He will also oversee integrations with new publishers and vendors, from rich media vendors and third-party ad servers to dynamic creative partners and data vendors including verification, database, measurement and analytics partners.
