With the addition of new workflow capabilities, including individual publishing permissions and custom chains of approval, as well as enhanced measurement dashboards, the updated platform provides an integrated view of team assignments, tasks, and analytics.
"At Tracx, we are eliminating silos across business organizations to maximize the impact of social media. With collaborative capabilities such as workflows, teams, and tagging, the platform manages the pace and flow of an organization by accelerating social opportunities in a more powerful way," said Yaniv Ben-Arie, Chief Operating Officer at Tracx. "For example, if someone were having a problem with their camera, common sense might tell them to just call the company to replace it. But with Tracx - instead of just providing a replacement, departments within the organization benefit from sharing and extracting real-time insights about the complaint, as well as, the customer. In other words, the entire organization becomes involved and gains insight from the engagement."
McKinsey Global reports that correctly using social media technologies has the potential to add $900 billion to $1.3 trillion of value annually to the consumer packaged goods, consumer finance, professional services, and advanced manufacturing markets[1]. These new features from Tracx are designed to assist brands in building the most efficient and effective processes for social collaboration across departments and time zones.
Updates include:
- Up to 20 company-wide workflow stages
- The ability to create and define multiple teams with options for restricted views, individual publishing permissions and custom chains of approval
- A Team Performance Dashboard, including response and closing rates, and the ability to set targets and goals for measurement of individual and team performance
- Macros – Create sets of pre-defined activities to consolidate social business processes
- Templates – Store pre-formatted posts in a central library, allowing for oversight and regulation of the publishing process
