Trusted Partnership Initiative
TMG Health's Executive Leadership team kicked off the conference with a presentation and facilitated feedback session on the company's Trusted Partnership Initiative, which aims to grow Client relationships into true partnerships in order to achieve mutual success. The session, facilitated by Noah Barsky, Ph.D., a professor at the Villanova School of Business, focused on gaining Client feedback and setting clear and meaningful expectations for the future of the business relationship.
Operational Roundtable Allows for Collaboration
Key members of TMG Health's operations teams met with Clients to present current initiatives and future plans. Management and staff from several departments presented their roadmaps and solicited Client feedback for the future direction of each process, including: IT and Product Development, Enrollment, Billing and Reconciliation, Claims Processing, and Compliance. Topics included Annual Readiness, ICD-10 Conversion, Compliance Auditing & Monitoring, Compliant Automation of Returned Mail, Appeals & Grievances, and Medicaid Dual Eligibility requirements.
Keynote Speakers Provide Blueprints for Success
The Client Forum also featured two keynote speakers who touched on topics related to transformation in an evolving industry and how to get results.
Professional speaker and author, Jones Loflin presented "Growing Better Results," a keynote address which outlined practical steps to ensure that the information learned at the conference is put into practice when the conference concludes. Asking the question, "How will you put the information you learned over these two days to work for you and your organization when there's already too much to do?" Loflin presented an insightful analogy about growing award-winning apples. The analogy encouraged participants to engage in four types of activities every day – Grow, Graft, Prune and Harvest.
Accomplished healthcare speaker, Brian Lee, president of Custom Learning Group, presented "The Magic of Engagement – A New Leadership Blueprint for Healthcare Transformation." The keynote address gave practical tips for developing a transformation strategy to deal with change. Lee focused on breakthrough tactics to overcome barriers to change and tips on how to gain buy-in and ownership from leaders and staff.
