DENVER, July 25, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The third annual Slow Food Nations, a three-day international food festival on Larimer Square in Denver, drew more than 20,000 attendees last week. With tastings from international chefs, educational seminars and more than 100 events, the festival promoted the mission of Slow Food - a global, grassroots organization, founded in 1989 to preserve food traditions, counteract the rise of fast life and bring awareness to the food people eat, where it comes from and how food choices affect the world.
