Using the Admin Toolbox, training managers can add one or multiple employees, monitor employees' training progress and run status reports. In addition, training managers can custom-design a track of courses to meet the needs of individual employees or select groups. In addition, a training dashboard provides visibility into the status of each employee's progress.
