ThinkHR Introduces ThinkHR Learn Cloud-based Training Platform with Premium Features for Broker Community

Among the unique offerings available as part of ThinkHR Learn is the Admin Toolbox, a new premium feature that gives users personalized one-on-one consultations with seasoned training and HR experts, as well as tools to simplify set up and management, and develop customized training tracks.

ThinkHR Learn offers employees a flexible learning experience, allowing them to stop then pick back up where they left off if they are unable to finish a course in a single setting. Additionally, ThinkHR Learn provides an intuitive platform in which HR managers and users can quickly see which courses have been completed, and which are still in progress or have not yet been started.

Brokers can offer clients even greater value by adding ThinkHR Learn's new premium Admin Toolbox, which includes the opportunity to set up one-on-one meetings with training experts and the ability to leverage advanced administrative functionality to deliver customized tracks to select employees or groups.

Using the Admin Toolbox, training managers can add one or multiple employees, monitor employees' training progress and run status reports. In addition, training managers can custom-design a track of courses to meet the needs of individual employees or select groups. ThinkHR Learn automatically sends email notifications and reminders to employees to complete the course track. In addition, a training dashboard provides visibility into the status of each employee's progress.
