Memory Yoga helps preschoolers improve their balance, confidence and mental focus while boosting memory skills. With 26 illustrated cards and 18 poses, players choose a card and search for the match. Once they find it, they perform the pose.
Yoga Spinner®, Ages 5 and up, two or more players, MSRP: $14.99
Stimulate and calm the mind simultaneously, while encouraging teamwork and physical activity. Yoga Spinner players give the spinner a whirl and perform the corresponding pose to win the pose card. To win the game, players need to collect a card from each of the four categories of yoga poses.
Yoga Cards, Ages 6 and up, two or more players, MSRP: $4.99
Want to learn how to hold a steady stance like a warrior? Yoga Cards is designed to develop body awareness and awaken young minds, while practicing 48 yoga poses. It's a fun game of bending, balancing, and trying to accomplish the seven poses on your mission card before your opponent does.
