Therap's Business Intelligence Tool Allows for Aggregated Reporting and Trend Analysis
Leading Intellectual and Developmental Disability software's Business Intelligence module produces intuitive dashboards to analyze data
WATERBURY, Conn., Feb. 28, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Therap has introduced the Business Intelligence module for aggregating agency-wide data and producing real time ad-hoc reports for multiple modules, including demographic data, outcomes and incident management. Using this tool, agencies providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or other LTSS designated services are able to create meaningful aggregate data reports and quickly analyze trends and exceptions through dashboard charts, graphs and data maps. This allows for identification of trends, execution of quality assurance activities, and assessment of overall agency performance in supporting individuals and meeting benchmarks and outcome measures.
Therap's demographic reports provide aggregated reports on individual demographic data, allowing for comparison of data across providers and programs. Providers can conduct predictive analysis by recognizing and responding to patterns at different levels of their organizations. The ability to identify trends from reportable incidents is also available, enabling users to perform comparative analyses of variables including type, cause, severity, and location of incidents, all tools for the agency's incident review process to enhance overall quality assurance and predictive analysis in their efforts to reduce critical incidents.
The Data Driven Outcomes (DDO) Dashboard provides outcomes trends on service and support data including goals and outcomes. Providers compare outcomes data for provider-directed or regulatory and national standard domains. Users utilize the Data Driven Outcomes module in their existing accreditation process and review during state/regional review processes wherein they review performance, assess outcomes, transition to new goals and satisfaction of service recipients. Administrators can allocate their team resources by analyzing the trends of received services and resulting outcomes, to see where they are getting the most results for service hours utilized.
Configurable dashboards allow users to generate graphs, charts and maps to display the data in their preferred visual style, customizing their own presentation of the data. Alternately users have default display options for viewing agency data.
