CORAL SPRINGS, Fla., March 13, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Therapia Staffing announced today it has been named as a Best Staffing Company to Work For winner for 2019. The award is given annually by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, and recognizes employers for their top performance in engaging and deploying talent. The winners were recognized at SIA's 28th annual Executive Forum North America, held February 25th – 28th at the JW Marriott in Austin, TX.
The winners represent companies who scored in the top quartile in each of the award categories. The Best Staffing Firms to Work For awards are sponsored by Monster Worldwide, Inc.
"To be recognized among the "Best" is a great honor and a true testimony to the heart of our team at Therapia Staffing. This is an exciting time for our team." Jennifer Goldstein, CEO and Founder of Therapia Staffing.
Therapia Staffing is a nationwide nursing and allied staffing company working with both medical and educational facility partners offering contract, temp to perm and direct hire assistance. Therapia Staffing's founders realized working in the healthcare staffing industry for the past 20 years that the contract and direct hire market was flooded with staffing companies who at the end of the day didn't put their clients first. They saw a space in the market to rise above the big box companies and create a place where "At The Heart of All We Do Is YOU!" Therapia Staffing's ability to customize their services allows them to work in matching healthcare professionals in all specialties with their facility partners nationally.
"Congratulations to the winners of this year's Best Staffing Firm to Work For Awards," said Barry Asin, President of SIA. "These high-performing companies stand out for their quality of leadership and as organizations that prioritize culture and employee engagement. There is a strong correlation between employee engagement and growth. These firms have made that connection and use it to excel in their business and drive outstanding results."
Approximately 400 firms sought participation in the program this year, which was conducted by SIA in conjunction with Quantum Workplace. Internal employees at each firm were asked to complete a 40-question online survey that measured 10 key engagement categories focusing on items including teamwork, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.
