Therap Introduces Business Intelligence Tool for Aggregated Reporting and Trend Analysis
Therap's Business Intelligence module produces graphical representation of agency data displayed within intuitive dashboards
WATERBURY, Conn., Feb. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Therap has introduced the Business Intelligence module for aggregating agency-wide data and serving real time ad-hoc reports for various modules. Using this tool, agencies providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities are able to create meaningful aggregate data reports that allow for identification of trends, execution of quality assurance activities, and assessment of overall agency performance in supporting individuals.
The Business Intelligence module provides aggregated reports on individual demographic data which allows for comparison of data across providers and programs. Providers can conduct predictive analysis by recognizing and responding to patterns at different levels of their organizations. The ability to identify trends from reportable incidents is also available, allowing users to perform comparative analyses of variables including type, cause, severity, and location of incidents to enhance overall quality assurance and reduction of incidents.
Users can generate graphs in different forms such as Bar Chart, Pie Chart, Table, Stacked Bar Chart, Stacked Pie Chart, and more. Dashboards can be customized, and users can select multiple favorite dashboards. Default dashboards and graph types can also be selected for easier access.
