IRVINE, Calif., April 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Evans Brewing Company (OTCQB: ALES), the oldest craft brewery in Orange County, CA is poised to take advantage of the success of The Public House by Evans Brewing Co. in DT Fullerton, CA fueling an expansion of brand presence in the local market.
"Opportunities for brand growth often come from unexpected places," stated Michael Rapport, CEO of Evans Brewing Company. "The recent acknowledgement from Orange Coast Magazine naming The Public House by Evans Brewing Co. as one of the top 3 craft beer-centric restaurants in Orange County confirms what we already have known. In a crowded craft beer marketplace where brand growth opportunities are few and far between, it would be a mistake not to take advantage of this success," concluded Mr. Rapport.
With the construction of The Public House location in Huntington Beach at the Bella Terra Mall underway, Evans Brewing Company has added a gourmet Public House food truck to their arsenal. The food truck will begin plying the streets of Orange County in the next few weeks spreading the Evans Brewing Co. brand and The Public House inspired recipes far and wide. Burgers, Brats and Tater Tots will be the food focus featuring many of the most successful items on the menu at their flagship location in DT Fullerton. Most items on the "BBTT" food truck menu will include Evans craft brews in the base recipes.
"We were disappointed that the Costa Mesa Public House location was derailed by parking issues," offered Mr. Rapport. "Keeping up the momentum in brand growth with that lost opportunity was a challenge. But what could be better than a Evans Brewing Co. and Public House inspired food tuck roaming the streets in our local market?" commented Mr. Rapport.
In addition to the food truck, craft beer inspired Public House recipes soon may find their way into the local retail market. "We are in the final stages of product development on a number of restaurant inspired items that we believe would do well at the retail level. We have craft beer infused Brew-B-Q sauces as well as sausages and bratwursts, beer cheeses and even ice cream under final development, each and every one with our beer in the recipes. All but the beer infused cheese are on the menu at our flagship location in DT Fullerton and have enjoyed great success. Beer infused cheese were just taste tested and to our delight, were very good. These cheeses will be on the Public House by Evans Brewing Co. menu in the coming weeks," stated Mr. Rapport. All packaging for these products are under development with a roll out to the local retailers in the coming months.
"We are committed to find a replacement location in the Costa Mesa area for The Public House by Evans Brewing Co., but that loss has not dampened our enthusiasm for our brand. Until that location is found, we will still move building our brand in Orange County," concluded Mr. Rapport.
