The Siegfried Group Welcomes New Professionals from the Philadelphia Metro Market for New Hire Orientation

WILMINGTON, Del., Dec. 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the United States at the Hotel Monaco in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model, various departments and functions, and heard Robert L. Siegfried, Jr., CPA, CEO and Founder, speak about the Firm's higher purpose.

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The orientation kicked off with a welcome reception at Hotel Monaco and throughout orientation, the group was able to enjoy dinners at some of the finest restaurants in the area including El Vez and Buddakan.

The Siegfried Group is excited about Eric Cirulli and Patrick Joyce joining the Firm.

Eric Cirulli, CPA

Eric is a Certified Public Accountant who joins the Philadelphia Metro Market as a Senior Associate. He comes to Siegfried from PwC, where he gained three years of audit experience with a primary focus in the higher education and chemicals manufacturing industries. He received both his Bachelors of Science and Masters in Accounting from the University of Delaware.

Eric strives to always communicate effectively and do what it takes to get the job done. He states, "I joined Siegfried in order to get exposure to numerous industries, tasks and varied experiences in order to continuously learn and develop as a professional."

In his free time, Eric likes to travel, cook and attend Jets games. Anything outdoors will keep him interested, from biking and running to fishing and hiking. 

Patrick Joyce

Patrick joins the Philadelphia Metro Market as a Senior Associate. He comes to Siegfried from KPMG, where he gained four years of audit experience with a primary focus on the power and utilities and oil and gas industries. Patrick received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting and his MBA from La Salle University.

Patrick is a dedicated professional who prides himself on solving problems effectively and efficiently. He brings his analytic ability, flexibility, and commitment to every project to help his clients achieve exceptional results. Patrick says, "I joined The Siegfried Group for the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of client settings and accounting specialties, while continuing to develop my skills as a professional in the field."

In his free time, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He is an avid Philadelphia sports fan who enjoys watching the Flyers, Eagles and Phillies.
