The Siegfried Group Welcomes New Professionals from the Los Angeles Markets for New Hire Orientation

WILMINGTON, Del., Dec. 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the United States at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Marina Del Rey, California. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model, various departments and functions, and heard Robert L. Siegfried, Jr., CPA, CEO and Founder, speak about the Firm's higher purpose.

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The orientation kicked off with a welcome reception at the Ritz Carlton's Upper Pool Terrace and throughout orientation, the group was able to enjoy dinners at some of the finest restaurants in the area including La Vecchia Cucina and Cast & Plow.

Elinor is a Chartered Accountant who joins the Los Angeles Market as a Senior Associate. She comes to Siegfried from KPMG South Africa, where she gained three years of audit experience with a primary focus in consumer markets and technology. Thereafter she worked a busy season at PwC Seattle with a primary focus on retail and telecommunications. 

Elinor possesses an ability to think out-of-the-box and passionately communicate that unique vision in order to deliver creative and efficient results. Her dedicated work ethic and ability to proactively interact with her clients and her teams, fosters a collaborative work environment. Elinor says, "Working closely with intelligent, dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional results is why I joined Siegfried."

Elinor balances out her high-paced work day with regular yoga practice. She has travelled to India, Mozambique, Bali and the Drakensburg in South Africa through yoga retreats and seminars. She has an appreciation for art and sketches in her free time. She aims to maintain a balanced lifestyle as a Siegfried Professional, with a creative edge.
