The Siegfried Group Welcomes New Professional from the Denver Market for New Hire Orientation

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The orientation kicked off with a welcome reception hosted at Three Dots and a Dash where everyone enjoyed their favorite tiki drinks. They also experienced lovely dinners at places like Gibson's Bar & Steakhouse, as well as Joe's Seafood,  Prime Steak & Stone Crab.

The Siegfried Group is excited about Alexis Montecalvo joining the Firm.

Alexis Montecalvo, CPA, MBA
Alexis is a Certified Public Accountant who joins the Denver Market as a Senior Associate. She joins Siegfried from the Philadelphia Deloitte office, where she gained three years of audit experience in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing and death care industries. Alexis received her BS in Fashion Merchandising and Accounting and her MBA from Philadelphia University. 

Alexis is an insightful professional who innately understands the needs of those around her. Her high emotional intelligence and intuition makes relationship building second nature. She has an infectious positivity that builds team morale even in the most stressful situations. "My intuitive influence allows me to recognize what motivates team members, resulting in an empowered team that delivers the highest quality output."

Alexis has a passion for traveling and is always planning her next adventure. In between trips, she practices hot yoga or brunches with friends. She looks forward to exploring the Mile High City and cannot wait to see what this next chapter in her professional and personal life holds!
