The Siegfried Group, LLP Welcomes New Professionals from the West Region for New Hire Orientation

WILMINGTON, Del., Feb. 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the United States at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles, California. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model, various departments and functions, and heard Robert L. Siegfried, Jr., CPA, Chief Executive Officer and President, speak about the Firm's higher purpose.

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The group was able to unwind during cocktail receptions as well as enjoy small group dinners held at some of the finest restaurants in Los Angeles.

In the West Region, Siegfried is excited about Binny Bhinder joining the team.

Binny Bhinder, CPA, CA

Binny is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant who joins the Northern California Market as an Associate Manager. She comes to Siegfried from Vancouver, Canada with over seven years of audit experience with KPMG and Smythe Ratcliffe LLP.  She received her Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of British Columbia.

Binny's excellent interpersonal skills and unique ability to understand team dynamics makes her a great addition to any project. According to Binny, "I get excited about challenging myself and pushing myself to my limits, which makes Siegfried the perfect place for me."

In her free time, Binny likes to stay active by going to the gym and hiking. As a new transplant to the California area, she is looking forward to exploring San Francisco and plans on spending a lot of her free time up in wine country!
