The Siegfried Group, LLP Welcomes New Professionals from the South Region for Orientation

WILMINGTON, Del., Oct. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the United States at Encore in Las Vegas, Nevada. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model and various departments and functions, and heard Robert L. Siegfried, Jr., CPA, Chief Executive Officer and President, speak about the Firm's higher purpose.

Siegfried's orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of the Firm's Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The group was able to unwind during cocktail receptions as well as enjoy small group dinners held at some of the finest restaurants in Las Vegas.

In Siegfried's South region, the Firm is excited about Ben Skaggs joining the team.

Ben Skaggs, CPA

Ben is the newest member of Siegfried's Charlotte Market where he is a Senior Associate. He joins us from Deloitte, where he gained three years of audit experience working within a variety of industries, primarily manufacturing, energy, food service, and financial services. He received his Bachelor's in Accounting from Bob Jones University.

"The main thing that attracted me to Siegfried was the excitement and challenge of exposure to many different types of finance and accounting projects that I have never before worked on," Ben says.

In his leisure time, Ben enjoys reading, especially books on business, history, and autobiographies. He also enjoys travelling and physical activities such as interval training programs, volleyball and soccer leagues.
