The Siegfried Group, LLP Welcomes New Professionals from the Northeast Region for New Hire Orientation

WILMINGTON, Del., July 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the United States at the Rittenhouse Hotel in Philadelphia. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model, various departments and functions, and heard Robert L. Siegfried, Jr., CPA, Chief Executive Officer and President, speak about the Firm's higher purpose.

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The orientation kicked off with a welcome reception at the Rittenhouse's Cassatt Garden, and throughout orientation, the group was able to enjoy dinners at some of the finest restaurants in Philadelphia including Morimoto's, Davio's and Moshulu.

In the Northeast Region, Siegfried is excited about Yaadna Chathuri and Danielle Peart joining the Firm. 

Yaadna Chathuri, CA

Yaadna is a Chartered Accountant who joins the Boston Market as a Senior Associate. She started her career spending three years with Deloitte in South Africa, and then made the move to the United States to work with CrossCountry Consulting. Yaadna has audit experience in a wide variety of industries. She received her Honors in BCOM Accounting from the University of KwaZulu Natal in South Africa.

Yaadna's innovative and tactile approach to providing superlative solutions, coupled with her drive to achieve the best team results, makes her a distinctive player in the workplace. Yaadna says, "Working with diverse people from different facets of life and building strong professional relationships with them, is what I look forward to most about Siegfried."

In her free time, Yaadna stays active through a variety of activities from cooking and baking to yoga and Latin dancing. She also enjoys singing and playing the harmonium, for which she has received many awards and accolades!

Danielle Peart

Danielle is a talented professional who joins Siegfried's Boston market as a Senior Associate. Previously, Danielle was an external auditor with Deloitte for almost three years, where she served clients mainly in the manufacturing industry. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross.

Danielle is a diligent professional, who continuously drives for excellence through accurate research, strategic planning and team building. She says, "I pride myself on gaining a robust and detailed understanding of the task at hand in order to discover innovative ways to resolve complex issues and seek improvements. I enjoy working closely with my colleagues to identify and leverage their strengths."

In her spare time, Danielle enjoys being active by working out consistently, biking and hiking. She also likes gatherings with friends and family members and social events to meet new people. Danielle loves to listen to music and often attends live concerts. She recently moved from Western Massachusetts to 15 minutes outside of the Boston and plans to spend ample time exploring her new stomping grounds.
