The Siegfried Group, LLP Announces Positive Employee Satisfaction Survey Results for the Second Year in a Row

WILMINGTON, Del., Aug. 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group is proud to announce that more than 81% of its employees expressed strongly satisfied or satisfied opinions of overall job satisfaction with their career at Siegfried, according to the results of a recent anonymous employee satisfaction survey. Very few responses expressed dissatisfaction (less than 3.4%). These positive survey results are slightly higher than last year's.

John Broyles, a member of The Siegfried Group's Advisory Board, and former Senior Vice President, Corporate Human Resources of DuPont, administered this anonymous survey to Siegfried Professionals. Mean rankings for each of the Firm's 5 Promises score well above average. On a scale of 1—for strongly dissatisfied to 5—for strongly satisfied, the mean average score for work environment/culture was 4.02; for interesting and meaningful work, 4.07; for enhanced career and marketability, 3.87; for attractive compensation, 4.04; and for compelling business strategy, 4.16.
