The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including direction, values, appreciation, and execution, just to name a few. The awards are based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC.

- The company scored in the 99th percentile in the following areas: direction, values, appreciation, execution, managers, and fully remote employees.
