SARATOGA, Wyo., June 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch, a Preferred Boutique Hotel and Orvis Endorsed Fly-Fishing Lodge that is setting the new standard in all-inclusive dude ranch resorts kicked off its season opening recently by hosting two private events: a corporate group followed by a destination wedding. The Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch has plenty of new offerings for 2013 including packages, experiences and fresh takes on both the children's and food & beverage programs.
"The opening of the Ranch for the Summer season is a truly special time, especially this year as we're anticipating what will be our most exciting season yet," said Michael Williams, COO and Executive Vice President of The Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch. "With our annual week-long July 4th celebration and new additions like Cheyenne Frontier Days Concert & Rodeo package, as well as creative changes to our dining experience and children's program, we believe 2013 will truly offer the vacation of a lifetime to guests of all ages."
For the 2013 summer season, The Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch offers a variety of all-inclusive packages including July 4th on the Ranch; Cheyenne Frontier Days Concert & Rodeo; and the Home on the Range package, which offers 15 percent off any 7-night stay. In addition, the Ranch has packages perfect for special occasions including a Rustic Romance Honeymoon Adventure and a Ranch Meeting Adventure for larger groups. All packages are all-inclusive and include luxury accommodations; on-ranch adventures including gear, guide and instruction; and inspired dining experiences to include all beverages including premium spirits, beers and open wine cellar access. Pricing for most packages starts at $1,700 per unit, per night, based on double occupancy and type of accommodations chosen. In addition, Brush Creek Ranch will be offering select "hot dates" throughout the summer, which offer some flexibility based on stay patterns and can be booked at a significant discount. More information on all Brush Creek Ranch packages and hot dates as they are announced can be found at www.brushcreekranch.com/specials.
The Ranch's 'Lil Wranglers program for children ages four to eight will be especially fun this season, giving children the unforgettable opportunity to explore the Rocky Mountains environment. With a new theme every day, kids will learn about Ranch ecology, history and culture and master hands-on skills and sports. Every Lil' Wranglers activity is led by experienced staff and closely monitored to ensure safety and suitability for each child's age, ability and size. Activities include archery, arts & crafts, fort & teepee building, gold panning, pond fishing, roping lessons and much more!
Creative changes have also been made to the food & beverage program at the Ranch under the guidance of Executive Chef Drew Anderson. Throughout each week, five different venues will be part of "moveable feast" experience – Trailhead Lodge, Chuck Wagon, Creekside Camp, Yurts and Falcon's Peak – and each meal will offer a wide range of offerings. Guests might see a corned buffalo hash for breakfast or slow smoked pork ribs, brisket, and whole carved chicken with all the fixings for lunch. For dinner, guests might make a trip down to the Creekside Dinner Camp with Carved Prime Rib, tea brined chicken, grilled Scottish salmon, along with a fresh salad bar, cowboy potatoes, venison chili and freshly baked breads and desserts. This year, guests will experience more themed dining experiences in a variety of settings offering both classic buffets and elegant served meals such as the Italian Night dinner or the classic Brush Creek Ranch welcome pig roast at the Chuck Wagon, plus healthy and hearty breakfasts every day.
"My culinary vision is quite simple – to stay true to the ingredients," said Anderson. "I want our guests to experience as much of the local food from the mountain West region as possible and for those ingredients to be fresh, seasonal and cooked perfectly. In the end I want our food to be approachable while giving our guests the opportunity to try something they wouldn't otherwise try at home."
