Shopping Center To Offer More Options For Customers
SNELLVILLE, Ga., June 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, announced today that two new leases, totaling more than 2,400 square feet, have been signed at Everson Pointe Shopping Center, an 81,428-square-foot shopping center in Snellville, Ga.
Nicholas Financial, which offers financial services to the general public, signed a 1,400-square-foot lease at the shopping center. The firm signed a three-year deal.
SI Communications, a wireless communication products and services retailer, signed a three-year, three-month lease for 1,050-square-foot at the shopping center.
"Everson Pointe Shopping Center benefits from having a strong grocery anchor, stable cash flow and the opportunity to add value," stated David Lichenstein, chairman of the Lightstone Group. Lightstone Value Plus REIT I acquired Everson Pointe last year for of $8.8 million.
Located at 3035 Centerville Highway off of U.S. Highway 124 at, it is anchored by Kroger supermarket. The center is situated in a high-income area in Gwinnett County, the fastest growing county in the Metro Atlanta area.
