WARRENDALE, Pa. and WASHINGTON, Nov. 25, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- rue21, a leading fast fashion retailer and the Humane Society of the United States, the nation's most effective animal protection organization, have joined forces to raise money to end cruelty and neglect of all animals with the sale of rue21-Humane Society of the United States gift cards.
Beginning on Nov. 22, 2019, rue21 will offer festive and bright red holiday gift cards with photos of adorable dogs and cats online and in its 697 stores. Two percent of gift card sales will be donated to the Humane Society of the United States.
To help promote pet adoption as part of this holiday campaign rue21 will visit animal shelters around the country to take pictures of adoptable pets. These images will be used to announce rue21's "Deals of the Day" on Instagram.
In making the announcement, Michael C.
