TEHRAN, Iran, Oct. 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Manapayam.com: The Global Human Resources Summit wrapped up its final day on Wednesday, October 20, 2016, in Tehran, Iran. Attended by more than 300 participants, on the last day of this two-day Global HR Trends Summit, some of the most prominent HR managers from the world's leading organizations gathered in Tehran to share their experiences and insights with entrepreneurs and HR experts.
"To succeed at meeting organizational targets, initially all processes and activities within a company need to become tangible so that by designing a yearly plan the targets can be followed," remarked Guido Herlmerhorst, Innovation Technology and Learning Lead of Air France – KLM, one of the speakers who discussed designing the employee's journey, on the second day of the summit.
"Initially, you might think that only an organization's key targets have priority. However, the truth is that you should not only aim for one target but by instead contentiously analyze and interact with the customers' needs, so that the organization's targets can be followed sustainably, and the customer would have the best viewpoint about the company."
"As we highlight the importance of identifying the employees' needs, for a company to be customer-oriented, it is vital for the employees to experience internal training to better realize and work towards the organization's targets," Herlmerhorst added.
Further emphasizing the need for effective communications, Arash Vafadari, the CEO of Mana Payam, discussed how strategic communications can improve internal employee relations and communications. "Internal communications, internal messaging and the employees' thoughts are significant," raised Vafadari, as he emphasized on the importance of internal relations within an organization. "What we should know in HR is that our organization's narrative and story, and how this narrative is communicated internally and externally are very important."
"In HR you need constant research to understand what has happened to the messages your organization has been communicating across, and if they have created the desired impact," Vafadari further underlined, and by using organizational values and culture as an example, illustrated how it's indeed important to survey and assess internal communications. "In the field of organizational behavior, the employees' backgrounds and their past experiences should be considered to improve communications by better choosing the distribution paths and communications channels, for each and every employee."
"The most important requirement to a successful progress of HR is finding a unique organizational target. This in itself is half of the success," added Ana Zakharova, the Global Talent Director of Unilever, to highlight the inspiring and motivating force of leading with purpose in HR. "In order for the customers to promote us, we need to have internal targets to grow as an organization first. Marketing companies help us arrive at this common and unified target," she further explained.
"When the management defines a target for the company, the entire organization uses its potential to arrive at that target. This is if the management can focus on specific and transparent targets," commented Zakharova, noting that having a target is the most significant part of reaching development.
Xavier Molinie, the VP Group HR of Photobox and Ramakrishna Movva, Head of Strategic HR and Organizational Capabilities at Emirates NBD, were also amongst the experts present during the Global HR Summit's concluding day. This is while the first day of the summit offered insight into the experiences of HR managers from industry leaders such as Ericsson, Gazprom International, Iran Talent, Hyatt Hotels and Novo Nordisk.
Organized by the P World and its exclusive partner in Iran, Mana Payam Public Relations, the Global HR Trends Summit took place on October 18th and 19th, 2016 at the International Conference Center of Shahid Beheshti University for the first time in Iran, Tehran.
