The Capital Grille Set to Debut in the Raleigh-Durham Area

The new 8,900 square foot restaurant will open at North Hills in Raleigh, N.C., joining the area's multi-faceted, outdoor shopping district.
Ranked fifth in the nation for the "Best Local Food Scene" by USA Today, The Capital Grille is joining a sophisticated Raleigh dining scene that rivals many of the country's major metropolitan areas.

The Capital Grille features an on-site butcher and steaks dry-aged in-house between 18 to 24 days for maximum tenderness and flavor. A skilled pastry chef makes fresh desserts each morning and mozzarella is handmade in-house every 90 minutes. The Capital Grille is also known for its blend of menu classics and fresh twists on appetizers and sides, such as the Signature Pan-Fried Calamari with Hot Cherry Peppers.
Hand-selected by The Capital Grille's Master Sommelier ̶ one of fewer than 250 worldwide ̶ the restaurant's wine list features more than 350 selections, including gems from $30 to more than $1,000. The Capital Grille uncorks the good life for wine enthusiasts with personalized wine lockers available for lease, complete with brass name plate and specially curated wines. Additionally, cocktails are available to accommodate every taste, including the Stoli Doli, The Capital Grille's signature martini infused with fresh pineapple, chilled and served straight up.
The Capital Grille Raleigh, located at 4242 Six Forks Road, will have a seating capacity of 293 guests among the main dining room, four private dining rooms and an enclosed patio. Private dining will be available in The Board Room (seats 6), The State Room (seats 10), The Capital Room (seats 24) and The Wine Room (seats 40).
