Titans fans were welcomed back to football season with a host of stadium upgrades - from digital menu boards to a renovated club level. There was also an exciting array of fan-focused facility improvements, and crave-worthy new menu items inspired by local Nashville flavor favorites, as well as new cocktails and suite offerings.
Centerplate is partnering again this season with Benjamin and Max Goldberg of Strategic Hospitality to bring local products and classic Nashville flavors to LP fans. Examples of this year's offerings include:
- Mac-and-Cheese Bar: served with local pasta from Alfresco Pasta, this traditional comfort food is made-to-order as either the traditional pasta-and-cheese mix, or with the option to add diced ham or bacon from Cox Farms in Pulaski, TN; southern blackened chicken; shrimp; or mixed vegetables from local and regional farmers.
- Pimento Grilled Cheese and Chili: our pimento cheese is a creamy yellow cheddar with chopped red peppers and sliced chives grilled between thick slices of grilled Tennessee Toast; served with a cup of hearty chili made with beef from local purveyor Bear Creek Farms.
- Cumberland Carvery Pub Sandwiches: fan's choice of a hand-carved roast beef sandwich with pimento cheese or turkey sandwich with a white cheddar cream sauce. Both are topped with mustard made with local Yazoo beer and tomato chow-chow, and are served with chips and a pickle spear.
"We have been working closely with Max and Benjamin Goldberg, and their team to elevate the level of quality and tie in local purveyors," said Jerry Reed, Centerplate's General Manager at LP Field. "The opening day was phenomenal, and we're looking forward for more fans to sample the new things we have here at LP Field."
"We are really looking forward to providing our continued support and offering local options where our Titans play," said Max Goldberg, co-owner of Strategic Hospitality. "We believe the new options this year will be welcome additions for the fans at LP Field."
Two new cocktails by local mixologist Graham Case, available at the club-level bars, are sure to elevate spirits. The Va-Va-Vroom, a light elixir of vodka, fresh lime, lemon, and cranberry; and the refreshing Mojo, made with whisky, lime juice, mint-infused syrup, and fresh mint, are a sophisticated gameday alternative to football beverage menus.
For suite holders, Centerplate is also introducing new vegan menus, featuring tasty all-veggie alternatives and even vegan chocolate chip cookies; on the more traditional side, the Chef Naturals menus - all-natural versions of classic stadium fare - return for this season and are joined by a new line-up of housemade desserts.
