TeleTracking's Client Conference has always been a place for clients to collaborate with each other and with TeleTracking's subject matter experts. Those conversations will now continue beyond the conference with the launch of TeleTracking's Client Community. The Client Community enhances the user experience with TeleTracking by opening up new learning opportunities and two-way conversations with other users.
"The fact that we have a record number of presenters at this year's conference demonstrates the strong impact and excellent, measurable outcomes that our solutions generate for our clients," said Michael Gallup, TeleTracking's President. "We know that sharing best practices is an important part of the conference and something that all participants really appreciate. We're happy that the launch of the Client Community will enable us to extend those conversations long past the conference, and provide an opportunity for feedback and ongoing dialog between TeleTracking and our clients throughout the year."
The TeleTracking Client Conference will also feature the premiere of a new cloud-based platform, which will further enhance TeleTracking's ability to deliver on its mission to eliminate waste in healthcare. The new platform improves the speed of innovation and makes it easier for TeleTracking to share its progress with clients and continue its industry leadership position related to automating and optimizing healthcare operations. The new platform will be the home for a new generation of innovative solutions developed by TeleTracking to improve patient access, patient flow, clinical operations and care support services.
The TeleTracking® Community Access™ Portal (CAP) is the first solution to be launched on the new platform. Community Access™ Portal is a web-based tool that makes it faster and easier for physicians and community care teams to send patients to a specific health system -- and receive automatic updates on that patient's progress. Health systems can offer access to the portal to physicians' groups, outpatient clinics, freestanding EDs, skilled nursing facilities, and any other designated care facility. Care teams at these facilities can then submit referral, transfer, and direct admit requests online, and receive automatic updates about request status, patient disposition, visit number, bed assignment, and occupancy and discharge timestamps. The result: patient access to the health system is significantly more physician-friendly, helping to expand referral business, radically streamlining patient transfers and direct admits, and improving continuity of patient care.
The conference is free to all TeleTracking clients and includes course materials and networking events. For more details about TeleTracking's 13th Annual Client Conference, October 25-28, 2015, at the Westin Lake Las Vegas, click here.
