Teespring Names Robert Chatwani Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer
Marketplace Veteran to Drive Sales, Marketing, and Growth Initiatives for Leading Social Commerce Platform
SAN FRANCISCO, May 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading ecommerce platform Teespring announced today that Robert Chatwani joins the company as Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer. Chatwani will work closely with Teespring co-founders Walker Williams and Evan Stites-Clayton to help the company scale the rapidly growing platform, which enables anyone to bring high-quality custom products to market with no cost or risk.
Chatwani brings 12 years of experience in driving growth and scaling consumer and seller marketing for eBay, most recently as Chief Marketing Officer of eBay North America. In previous roles, Robert led customer marketing and Internet marketing for eBay, and managed the company's paid search, affiliate marketing, display advertising, SEO, and business development teams. He also led the development of eBay's social innovation ventures encompassing sustainability, philanthropy and microfinance. Prior to eBay, he was a startup entrepreneur and worked for McKinsey & Co.
In his new role, Chatwani will be responsible for growth, marketing and sales at Teespring. He will develop strategies and programs to drive more opportunities for sellers, strengthen the buyer experience, and expand partner engagement with the Teespring platform.
